You can take some of the powder in your hand, straight from the bottle, or put it in a container with a powder puff, and put it all over you. After you get out the shower morning and night, just put some on after you have applied lotion deodorant and have let that dried down(the powder will ball up if it goes on a damp surface). You can apply it everywhere. Under your neck, arms, your breast, your bottom, butt crack, in between thighs, mons pubis, in between toes, feet, down your back, in between all cracks and crevices. You can even rub it on your arms, legs, stomach, you'd just have to make sure you rub it off good. My great grandmother and mom, used to use it all of the time after they showered, and I have been doing it since a child. I'm 32 now. lol But it's great for feeling smooth, cool, and dry, especially where im from, Florida. It's so humid here. The powder keeps you from feeling the sweat, and sometimes will keep you from sweating. I hope this helps. God bless you. 🥰🙏🏽❤️
