Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix crust ingredients, press into a lined 9x13 pan.

3. Bake 20–22 min until lightly golden.

4. Whisk filling, pour over hot crust.

5. Bake 20–25 min until set.

6. Cool completely, dust with powdered sugar.
