Another crucial tip is to resist the urge to pop or touch pimples. This helped prevent further inflammation and scarring during my breakout. Staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water also supported the healing process from the inside out. Incorporating these small changes into my daily routine enhanced how quickly my skin recovered and improved the overall texture and appearance. For anyone struggling with acne, patience combined with protective moisturization and gentle care can truly aid faster healing.
