ถ้าใครชอบทานแกงกะหรี่แล้วล่ะก็ ร้านกะหรี่ สาธุ ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งจุดหมายที่ควรไปเยือนจริงๆ ครับ ร้านนี้นอกจากจะมีเมนูแกงกะหรี่ที่ทำสดใหม่แบบโฮมเมดซึ่งใช้ผักและผลไม้เป็นฐานความหวานและกลมกล่อมแล้ว ยังใส่ใจในรายละเอียดเรื่องรสชาติที่ทำให้กินแล้วติดใจเหมือนทานอาหารบ้านได้เลย ร้านกะหรี่ สาธุ ยังมีความน่าสนใจตรงที่ร้านเพิ่งย้ายมาจากที่เดิมและตั้งอยู่ในตึกแถวเก่าแก่เกือบ 100 ปี ที่ได้รับการรีโนเวทใหม่ ดูร่วมสมัยแต่ยังคงบรรยากาศคลาสสิค เหมาะกับการนั่งชิลพร้อมถ่ายรูปมุมน่ารักๆ อีกทั้งพื้นที่ภายในกว้างขวาง มี 2 ชั้น ทำให้รองรับลูกค้าได้ดีโดยไม่อึดอัด สำหรับเมนูแนะนำต้องลองข้าวแกงกะหรี่เนื้อวากิวแฮมเบริค ที่ใช้เนื้อวากิวออสเตรเลียมีเดียมแรร์ชิ้นใหญ่ฉ่ำๆ ทานคู่กับบลูชีสเข้มข้นและเกี๊ยวกรอบที่เพิ่มเท็กซ์เจอร์ นอกจากนั้นยังมีข้าวแกงกะหรี่หมูทงคัตสึที่จัดเต็มทั้งชิ้น หมูทอดกรอบนอกนุ่มใน และไข่ดาวที่ช่วยเพิ่มความกลมกล่อม เส้นราเมนที่ทางร้านพัฒนาร่วมกับบริษัทผู้ผลิตเส้นตามสูตรพิเศษของร้านเองก็ถือว่าห้ามพลาด เพราะเส้นนุ่มหนึบและน้ำซุปทรัฟเฟิลโชยุก็กลิ่นหอมและรสชาติลงตัวมาก ของทานเล่นอย่างไก่กรอบและนาสุยากิ (มะเขือญี่ปุ่นทอดกรอบราดปลาโอ) ก็ทำให้ใช้เวลานั่งเล่นกับเพื่อนได้ไม่มีเบื่อ เครื่องดื่มอย่างลาเต้และยูสุโซดา รวมถึงเก๊กฮวยมีฟอง เป็นอีกตัวเลือกเพื่อเติมเต็มมื้อนี้ให้สมบูรณ์แบบ บรรยากาศร้านที่พร้อมรองรับทั้งครอบครัวหรือแก๊งค์เพื่อน พร้อมพาร์คกิ้งที่โรงแรมซัมเมอร์เซ็ทและสวนพลูการ์เดนที่ทางร้านซัพพอร์ตค่าจอดรถให้ด้วย ถือว่าสะดวกและครบครันมากๆ จากประสบการณ์ของผมที่ไปมา ร้านนี้เหมาะสำหรับใครที่ต้องการหาร้านอาหารบรรยากาศดี รสชาติอาหารญี่ปุ่นฟิวชั่นที่มีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์และทำเองอย่างพิถีพิถัน รวมถึงถูกใจผู้ที่ชื่นชอบแกงกะหรี่และราเมนเป็นพิเศษ รับรองว่าจะติดใจและอยากกลับไปอีกแน่นอนครับ
