การได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์ทานปลาย่างสไตล์โรบาตะในบรรยากาศแบบญี่ปุ่นที่ร้าน Yaki Thai Robatayaki ย่านรังสิตถือเป็นความสุขอย่างหนึ่งที่ผมอยากแนะนำมากครับ ผมได้มีโอกาสไปเยือนร้านนี้ช่วงเย็นวันธรรมดา รู้สึกประทับใจตั้งแต่บรรยากาศร้านที่มีโซนบาร์ทำให้สามารถชมเชฟย่างปลาและซีฟู้ดสด ๆ บนเตาถ่านได้แบบใกล้ชิด ซึ่งกลิ่นของถ่านและปลาย่างยิ่งเพิ่มความน่ากินมากขึ้นไปอีก จานโปรดของผมคือโรบาตะยากิซีฟู้ดที่มีทั้งปลาอายุ กุ้งลายเสือ หอยหวาน และหอยเชลล์ฮอกไกโด ย่างมาอย่างหอม กินคู่กับน้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ดรสแซ่บทำให้รสชาติลงตัวมาก ๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีเมนูยากิโทริรวม 7 ไม้ที่กลิ่นย่างหอมกรุ่น ไก่และหมูที่หมักรสชาติเข้มข้น จนอยากสั่งเพิ่มอีกหลายไม้ สำหรับสายซาชิมิ แนะนำเซตซาชิมิปลาไทยสดใหม่ แล่ชิ้นหนาเต็มคำ เนื้อปลาหวานกำลังดี รสสัมผัสไม่แพ้ซาชิมิญี่ปุ่นเลยทีเดียว รวมถึงเมนูทูน่าเฝ้าช่างที่รสชาติจัดจ้าน ถือเป็นท็อปปิกของร้านนี้เลย บรรยากาศชิล ๆ พร้อมโต๊ะนั่งสบาย เหมาะกับคนที่อยากมาทานอาหารญี่ปุ่นคุณภาพดีในราคาที่สมเหตุสมผล แถมร้านยังใกล้ ม.กรุงเทพ รังสิต มีที่จอดรถสะดวกสบาย เปิดตั้งแต่ช่วงบ่ายถึงเที่ยงคืน ทำให้สามารถมาสังสรรค์กับเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวได้อย่างไม่มีปัญหา ครั้งหน้าผมตั้งใจว่าจะลองเมนูอื่น ๆ เช่น ข้าวผัดวากิวเค็ม และปลาหมึกย่างสาเกที่ได้ยินว่ารสชาติดีมาก ๆ การได้ไปสัมผัสรสชาติอาหารสด ๆ ย่างบนเตาถ่านกลางร้านแบบนี้ ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งความแปลกใหม่ที่ช่วยเติมเต็มความอร่อยและบรรยากาศดีให้กับมื้ออาหารอย่างแท้จริงครับ
