Where it all started
Over 15K followers (on Instagram) in one week sounds unreal to me! I worked my butt off for 5K followers with my boutique 😩😭😂
… Since a lot of you are new, and even if you’ve met me within the last 3 years, you’re probably not aware…
My journey with styling started when I launched my women’s clothing boutique, Noted, in 2019.
What started as a labor of love eventually became an idol.
I surrendered that thing 3.5 years ago and I truly thought I had walked away from styling forever. But somehow, God brought me back to it in a completely different way.
And now I get to help women feel confident, intentional, feminine, and beautiful through styling content I genuinely love creating.
Thank you for being here! Truly. I’m beyond grateful and humbled.
I’m excited for everything ahead. 🙌🏾♥️
Hey beauties! Since so many of you are curious about my journey and how I got here, I wanted to share a little more about the lessons I’ve learned along the way – especially when it comes to finding your personal style and confidence. Starting 'Noted' back in 2019 was a whirlwind. I poured my heart into that boutique, dreaming of creating a space where women could find unique pieces that made them feel amazing. While it was incredibly challenging, it taught me so much about fashion, business, and most importantly, connecting with women on a deeper level. I quickly realized that true style isn't just about the clothes themselves; it's about the feeling they evoke and the confidence they instill. That entire experience, though I eventually stepped away from the boutique model, truly laid the groundwork for 'hellostylewithbrittany' as you know it today, and for my approach to helping you feel great in what you're wearing. Now, I approach styling from a completely different, more holistic perspective. It’s no longer about chasing fleeting trends or simply selling inventory. It's about empowering each woman to embrace her unique beauty and tell her personal story through her wardrobe. When I talk about helping women feel 'intentional, feminine, and beautiful,' it comes from a place of understanding that what you choose to wear can profoundly impact how you feel, how you carry yourself, and how you present yourself to the world. For instance, being truly intentional means curating pieces that genuinely reflect who you are, your values, and where you're headed in life, rather than just what’s popular on social media. Femininity in style isn't solely about dresses and skirts; it's about embracing grace, comfort, and expressing your inner strength and softness. And *beauty*? That's about highlighting your best features and feeling radiant, inside and out. This entire journey has shown me that style is an incredibly powerful tool for self-expression and personal growth. It's not about achieving a 'perfectly styled' look straight out of a magazine, but about finding what genuinely resonates with you and makes you light up. I often get asked, 'How do I improve my style?' My initial advice is always to start from within. Take a moment to reflect: What makes you feel undeniably good? What message do you want to convey before you even speak? Once you have a clearer sense of that, you can begin to build a wardrobe that serves those intentions. Consider your lifestyle, your comfort, and what truly brings you joy when you get dressed. For example, if you spend a lot of time working from home but want to feel put-together, investing in stylish loungewear or elevated basics can make a huge difference. Or if you're looking to add a touch of sophistication, focus on quality accessories that complement your existing pieces. And honestly, my faith has been a huge anchor through it all, reminding me that true, lasting beauty always shines from the inside out. My ultimate goal is to help you discover that inner radiance and express it confidently through the power of thoughtful styling. What's one styling challenge you're currently facing?
