5 Things that help me this round with my weightloss journey

.

1- get 10k steps in daily (no excuses)

2- drink 8-12 oz of water before each meal (by end of night you should of already hit you water intank by the day)

3 - take my daily supplements

4 - high protein meals (make sure to meal prep/eat at home)

5- FUPA CHALLENGE have been a major change to my body that I’ve added on OR add 45 min workout in a day
