My Fav Mental Health Books

These are some books that I picked up a while ago and I thought I would share with you guys! I have struggled a lot with anxiety, especially in my 20’s. These books have been extremely helpful with overcoming my unwarranted fears as well as how I process my emotions. I enjoy a lot of meditation books as well as healing journey books so these are the perfect reads if you are going through a hard time in life and just need a bit of mental guidance!
