Gotten my glass nails at Mt Austin💗

Was looking for ‘nailspiration’ and chanced upon this cateye design that has this glassy effect and immediately fell in love with it!

Saw a couple of reviews on nail salons in Mt Austin and decided to go with Sasa Nails House as the location is quite ideal, just across the road from Mt Austin’s escape room “The Escaper”. I made an appointment with them through WhatsApp within the same week of appointment.

The nail salon is quite spacious and has modern furnishings and arches design, there are around 6 lounge chairs and 2-3 manicure stations too.

Though I made an appointment, I was still made to “queue” at their dedicated sitting area and I waited for around 45min😳. But to be fair, they did inform me that I may have to wait since it was a Sat and their appointments were back to back. Just perhaps I didn’t expect that long of a wait!

Either way, I asked for cateye and was delighted to know that they have some new cateye polishes that gives off the glassy look that I was looking for! My nail tech was really focused at giving TLC to my cuticles, shaping and painting, super love the end look!

I paid a total of 210rm ($66) for:

- removal of gel (mani, pedi)

- classic gel (mani, pedi)

- cat eye design (mani, pedi)

And these took less than 2h!

Slide to last pic for their pricelist!

... Read moreIf you're considering visiting Sasa Nails House at Mt Austin, here are a few tips based on my experience that might help you get the most out of your visit. First, booking in advance through WhatsApp is definitely recommended as the salon can get quite busy, especially on weekends. Although appointments are taken, be prepared for possible waiting times, so bring something to keep you entertained. The waiting area is comfortable but a 45-minute wait might be longer than expected. Secondly, the nail technicians here are really skilled and meticulous. I was especially impressed by how much care was given to my cuticles, shaping, and the application of the gel polish. The cateye polishes they use create a mesmerizing glassy effect that really makes the nails pop. If you like unique nail designs, definitely ask about their latest polish collections—the new cateye shades are a must-try! Regarding cost, my full set including gel removal, classic gel manicure and pedicure with the cateye design came up to around 210rm (about $66), all completed in under two hours, which I found reasonable for the quality and attention given. The salon itself is spacious with modern décor featuring elegant arches and has around six lounge chairs and several manicure stations, making it a pleasant spot for your pampering session. Lastly, the price list is quite comprehensive. From classic mani and pedi to men's services, waxing, and gel extensions, they offer a good range at varying price points. Checking the latest price list, which is available in their photos, can help you plan your visit and budget accordingly. Overall, Sasa Nails House is a great choice if you're around Mt Austin and want professional nail care with trendy designs in a stylish environment.

💅 My Fave Nail Salon EVER – I Found The One!
I’ve tried sooo many nail salons - from the ones that rush through appointments to those that cut cuticles until they bleed 😢. Most times, because of my busy schedule, I’d just settle for a simple, single-tone colour. (Safe, but boring…) Once, I thought I’d be adventurous and tried a glitter pin
