Boxing 🥊/ Pole Fitness 🥀 Journey
Background story : So back in 2019 I use be an exotic dancer for like a year I gave up bc I am socially awkward lol and I just didn’t get talking to people but I knew how to work the pole .
Fast forward to now 1/27/24 , I decide ima get a punching bag and start boxing 🥊 but ima sign up for actual lessons in a boxing gym in February! & I still absolutely love Pole dancing 💃🏾! So my plan is to start boxing literally to lose weight & just to fight a lil bit because honestly I’ve always been a fighter ! Then in 6 months after I’ve made consistent progress I want to take pole classes again for also weight loss and for FUN ! 🤩

In 2024, many individuals are looking to enhance their fitness journeys, especially through unique forms of exercise like boxing and pole fitness. Boxing not only aids in weight loss but also builds strength and confidence. It offers a high-intensity workout that is enjoyable and empowering for women, breaking stereotypes associated with combat sports. On the other hand, pole fitness combines strength training and flexibility, making it a perfect complement to boxing. Many women are finding that rediscovering pole dancing not only boosts their confidence but also improves their overall fitness. As popular as ever, pole fitness is being embraced by fitness enthusiasts for its artful expression and fitness benefits. Whether you are looking to tone muscles, lose weight, or simply have fun, incorporating both boxing and pole fitness into your routine can provide a well-rounded approach to physical well-being. For newcomers, starting can be as easy as finding a local gym that offers classes in either discipline. Many trainers today emphasize support and encouragement in both boxing and pole classes, breaking down barriers and fostering community spirit. As you embark on your own fitness journey, remember this: it’s about enjoying the process, celebrating progress, and finding what moves you!
