DEEDS OF GOD'S LOVE!!! PSALM 107

My belief in sharing my life sustaining experiences, is twofor I know God is leading me through His plans for my life!!! The difficult times in my, our lives are to be shared so others can know or awaken God’s teachings to share and build loyalty to God and God's teachings!!! We first must succumb to God’s teachings and Laws from historical and religious studies in our Churches to keep the faith!!!

PSALM 107:1 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.

2 Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story those he redeemed from the hand of the foe, 3 those he gathered from the lands,

from east and west, from north and south. 4 Some wandered in desert wastelands,  finding no way to a city where they could settle. 5 They were hungry and thirsty, and their lives ebbed away. 6 Then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and he delivered them from their distress. 7 He led them by a straight way  to a city where they could settle. 8 Let them give thanks to the Lord for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind, 9 for he satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things. 10 Some sat in darkness, in utter darkness, prisoners suffering in iron chains, 11 because they rebelled against God’s commands and despised the plans of the Most High.

41 But he lifted the needy out of their affliction and increased their families like flocks. 42 The upright see and rejoice, but all the wicked shut their mouths. 43 Let the one who is wise heed these things and ponder the loving deeds of the Lord.

... Read moreReflecting on Psalm 107, I find a deep sense of comfort in how this scripture speaks to the human experience of struggle and deliverance. The psalm reminds us that no matter where we come from or what hardships we face—be it wandering in desolation or feeling imprisoned by life's burdens—there is hope through faith in God's power. In my own journey, during times of uncertainty and hardship, turning to this psalm helped me remember that God's love endures forever and never fails those who seek Him. The phrase 'Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story' encourages us to witness our personal victories over adversity, sharing them to uplift others. This sharing also builds a stronger community anchored by faith and loyalty to divine teachings. Moreover, Psalm 107's emphasis on God's ability to satisfy the thirsty and feed the hungry is a beautiful metaphor for spiritual fulfillment. It reassures believers that even in their most difficult moments, God's grace provides sustenance beyond physical needs—it offers peace, hope, and restoration. I also appreciate the call for wisdom in the psalm, urging us to 'heed these things and ponder the loving deeds of the Lord.' It's an invitation to actively reflect on and appreciate the moments of grace in our lives, reinforcing our faith during trials. Overall, this passage and the shared experience in the article highlight the importance of trusting in God's plans, surrendering to His teachings, and spreading His love. These elements have been crucial in sustaining my faith, and I encourage others to explore Psalm 107 when they need reassurance of God’s unfailing love and transformative deeds.
