This is one of my favorite summer lunch solutions✨

Go to your preferred grocery store or market, grab your favorite greens (mine happens to be Arugala and baby greens mix), strawberries🍓, blueberries🫐, and whatever fixings you prefer for your salad. I only added red onion🧅 & crispy dillies. I’m trying to eat less meat & count calories but ofc add protein if u want. And I did 2 tbs of the Ken’s Lite Caesar dressing . Adding fruit to salads is always a plus cuz it adds more “dressing” so u won’t have to use as much from the bottle!!

🥗

This recipe is SIMPLE & EASY and one of my go-to’s…I hope y’all ENJOY it as much as I have!✨✨✨#saladrecipeideas #summer salad #saladrecipes #bodytransformation #meatless

... Read moreSummer berry salads are a fantastic way to enjoy a nutritious, vibrant meal during the warm months. Combining fresh greens like arugula and baby greens with sweet fruits such as strawberries and blueberries not only enhances the flavor profile but also adds essential antioxidants and vitamins. Arugula is known for its peppery taste and is rich in calcium, potassium, and folate, making it an excellent base for salads. Including fruits like berries in salads offers natural sweetness, which can reduce the need for heavy dressings, promoting a lighter dish. Blueberries and strawberries provide high levels of vitamin C and fiber, beneficial for immune health and digestion. Adding red onions brings a bit of sharpness and crunch, along with quercetin, a powerful antioxidant. For those mindful of calorie intake or seeking to reduce meat consumption, this salad offers versatility. Protein can be added according to preference, such as grilled chicken, tofu, or legumes, making it suitable for various dietary choices. The use of Ken’s Lite Caesar dressing in moderation complements the ingredients without overwhelming the fresh flavors or adding excessive calories. Adding crispy dillies (likely small fried items similar to crispy onions or pickles) can introduce texture and savory notes, balancing the natural sweetness of fruit and bitterness of greens. Overall, this salad recipe aligns well with trending health-conscious eating patterns, including body transformation and meatless meal ideas. It is simple to prepare, requiring only fresh ingredients from your local market, making it an ideal summer lunch option that is both satisfying and nourishing.
