Psalms 28:7
Psalms 28:7 is a reminder that God has always been your strength, even in the seasons that felt the heaviest. Sometimes it’s hard to see it while you’re in the middle of the storm, but looking back, you realize every struggle built you into someone stronger, wiser, and more grounded in faith.
The moments that felt like they were breaking you were actually shaping you. That pressure you felt? That was God preparing you — aligning you, strengthening you, molding you into the warrior you are today. Nothing you went through was meant to destroy you. It was meant to reveal a version of you that could survive what the old you couldn’t.
When life feels heavy, remember this: God doesn’t let the weight fall on you to crush you. He lets it fall to build you.
And every time you thought you couldn’t carry it, He lifted you — just like He promised.
You’re not here by accident. You’re here because God held you, strengthened you, and turned your struggle into strength.

Amen
