What are some of your wellness non negotiables?

After losing my 1st 20 pounds (by going dr modified carnivore, cutting out sugar, intermittent fasting)

this and incorporating greater movement helped me shed the next 30 lbs…

Continuing to do so has helped me with my weight maintenance this summer 🖤
