Just blend until it's frothy and smooth – that's the secret to getting it perfectly pink and irresistible! Want it extra frosty? Here's my tip for the ultimate frozen watermelon smoothie: pre-freeze your watermelon! Just cut it into cubes, lay them on a baking sheet, and pop them in the freezer for a few hours until solid. When you're ready, blend the frozen chunks with a tiny bit of water, coconut water, or even some sparkling water for a fizzy kick. It creates an amazing, almost sorbet-like texture that's incredible on a scorching hot day. This is how I get that really thick, scoopable consistency that feels more like a dessert than a drink.
