Pillar 1: Heal the Pain, Build the Purpose 🌸

Welcome to Pillar 1 of our 3 pillar series: Embracing Your Whole Self.

So many of us try to "skip" the healing part because it’s messy. We want the calling, the platform, and the "Why," but we want to ignore the "Wounds."

But sisters, God wants all of you—the broken parts included. Wholeness starts when we stop running from our story and start bringing it into the light of His Word.

This week, we are focusing on mental wellness through a Biblical lens. Healing isn't a one-time event; it’s a daily choice to be whole in Him.

I’m spending the next few days walking through our 3-pillar framework. Hit follow so you don't miss Pillar 2! 🤍

Drop a "🌿" if you are in a season of healing right now. Let's pray for one another in the comments.

... Read moreHealing is often seen as a complicated and sometimes overwhelming journey, but it’s crucial to understand that true purpose cannot be built on unhealed pain. The concept of wholeness presented here isn’t about perfection but about integration—bringing every broken piece of ourselves to Jesus, the ultimate healer. Psalm 147:3 reminds us, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds," highlighting the spiritual foundation of healing. To start healing effectively, one must courageously feel the pain instead of bypassing it. This emotional processing phase is essential because skipping it only delays the path toward discovering your true purpose. The journey involves honest, no-filter prayer where you can express your pain without the need to be "perfect." God desires your raw, authentic heart more than polished words or performances. Tools such as a Purpose Driven Pain Journal can be incredibly helpful for unmasking and unpacking hidden hurts that have long been shields against purpose fulfillment. Writing down your experiences allows you to transform obstacles into opportunities, literally turning lemons into limitless lemonade. This practice nurtures mental wellness while aligning your mind, body, and soul with God’s guidance. Remember, healing is not a one-time event but a daily commitment to choose wholeness and to walk through life intentionally with God. Engaging with supportive communities, such as those focused on mental health coaching and Christian women’s coaching, provides encouragement and accountability. Incorporating scripture, prayer, journaling, and community support creates a powerful framework for healing and ultimately enables you to build a purpose that is both resilient and rooted in faith. Whether you are in a season of healing or seeking to deepen your spiritual journey, embracing your whole self is the first pillar toward a meaningful and purpose-driven life.
