A notebook page with colorful handwritten notes and illustrations about mental health. The title reads "mental health matters!" with "#Break the Stigma." It explains mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being, not just the absence of illness. A scale balances "Mental Illness" factors like stress and anxiety with "Well-Being" factors like therapy and rest. A person's face is shown with text overlay listing 'What I stopped:' including listening to sad music, negative self-talk, not prioritizing hobbies, SH behaviors, seeking validation, oversharing traumas, and negative weight talk.
A person with curly blonde hair has mascara applied, with an overlay of empowering affirmations: 'You are beautiful You are kind You are loved You are strong You are resilient'.
Things I STOPPED doing for my mental health!
Listening to sad music- I love sad music, I think it’s beautiful and relatable. But the reality is it does not help in any way shape or form. It puts you in a negative mindset and you end up in a never ending loop. You’re sad so you listen to sad music, which makes you more sad. And so it repeats.
