Hey everyone! I’m absolutely thrilled to share a deeper dive into the art I’ve been creating this past year, especially everything within my evolving 'Antitrix' universe. It's been an incredible journey of discovery, and I wanted to pull back the curtain a bit on the inspiration and process behind these digital creations. For me, 'Antitrix' isn't just a collection of drawings; it's a world I’m building, piece by piece. You might have seen some of my fantasy landscapes, like that one with the tall, slender tower by a winding river, or the character designs that bring unique personalities to life. The ideas often start with a tiny spark – a dream, a book, or even just a mood. Then, I let my imagination run wild, thinking about the stories these visuals could tell. How would a "male character with a beard, red scarf, and detailed armor" navigate this world? What kind of adventures would a "stylized goblin-like character in a cowboy hat" embark on? These are the questions that fuel my creativity. My process usually begins with rough sketches, trying to capture the essence of a character or a scene. Digital tools have been a game-changer for me, allowing for so much flexibility to experiment with colors, textures, and lighting. I love pushing the boundaries, like in my abstract digital artwork where dark, silhouetted shapes meet vibrant red, pink, and blue masses – it's all about conveying emotion and energy. Developing characters, whether it’s the noble "silhouetted warrior figures" or the formidable "monstrous figures," involves thinking about their purpose and place in the 'Antitrix' narrative. The contrast between 'GOODNES' and 'BAD' isn't always black and white, and I try to let that complexity shine through in their designs. Of course, it’s not always smooth sailing. There are moments of creative block, or when a piece just isn’t coming together the way I envisioned. But those challenges are part of the growth! I've learned so much about composition, color theory, and storytelling through each artwork. Seeing these characters and worlds come to life on screen is incredibly rewarding, and sharing them with you all makes it even better.
