75 Soft Challenge: Day One
Day One: Aug. 11th
-Drink 75oz of water
I ended up only drinking about half of that. 👀 I had forgotten my water bottle at home when I went to Central Park 😬 I ended up buying water but went without for majority of my walk.
-7k Steps
Crushed that today. Walked for an hour all around the park. Thankful for a clear and sunny day. ☀️
-Portion Control
Ate clean foods without feeling guilty or restrictive. Had a three protein and veggies poke bowl for lunch. A pesto and steamed veggies sandwich at the park. And a fiber smoothie. I felt a little too full but not too much. 🙂↕️
-Workout 3x/Week
Today is a rest day. Decided to do some light biking other than walking. 🚶♀️ 🚴♀️
-Skincare
Washed my face morning/night. Used sunblock in the morning and PM moisturizer for nighttime. I’m hesitant to use cleansers after recovering from an allergic reaction on my face. 🥲
-30 mins reading
Planning on reading a new book before heading to sleep tonight!!
-Do Something Creative 1x/Week
