With the help of going on a jog, I did it!! Which reminds me that I really need to get running shoes because converses ain’t cutting it. (I know.) 😮💨
-75oz Water 💦
I did it but I also forgot somewhere at the end how much I had drank. I tracked it with Flo. It’s just that I forgot whether I drank a bottle or not. See my dilemma. 😂
-Portion Control 🌮
I felt like I under ate. I got too busy with the going out part that I forgot to actually sit down and eat. Ended up speed eating instead. I’ll need to do more meal prepping. 😬
-Skincare 🥰
I’m honestly thinking of speaking with a dermatologist to see which cleaners are good for me. I really don’t want that allergic reaction again. I’m thinking if cleansers like Vanicream, Aveeno, or even Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser.
-Workout 3x/Week 🏋️♀️
I went to an Orangetheory class yesterday!! It was fun and I love group settings. I could see myself having an actual memberish there. My legs are still sore. 🧡
-Read 30 mins 📖
I still can’t put down that book! I hope after this one I will continue the books I haven’t finished. I’m a criminal when it comes to not finishing books. I have my hopes up though!
(There’s a no soda aspect of this challenge too but I’m thinking of changing it for me. I don’t like soda so I’m trying to think of a vice that’s more me. I have something in mind.)
