they’re getting so big and fluffy 🥺

... Read moreIt's absolutely incredible to witness these little ones grow so quickly! My baby bunnies are now two weeks old, and every single day brings new and exciting changes. When they were first born, they were truly tiny and quite delicate, but in such a short time, they're transforming into these wonderfully fluffy bundles of joy. It’s a magical time, and I just can't get enough of their cuteness! At two weeks, their eyes are usually just opening or have recently opened, making them even more endearing to watch. This is a big milestone as they start to take in the world around them! They're still quite dependent on their loving mom, spending most of their time snuggled together in their *cozy nest made of hay*, just like you can see in some of my pictures. You'll often find them curled up and *sleeping peacefully*, but you'll also start to notice little wiggles, stretches, and even attempts to explore their immediate surroundings within the safety of their nest. Handling these small, fluffy creatures requires the gentlest touch. When I carefully hold one in my hand, feeling their incredibly soft fur, it's such a precious moment. They're still so fragile at this stage, so it's important to keep interactions brief and ensure they always feel secure and warm. We always make sure they’re safe and comfortable, especially when they’re cradled gently in our hands. Watching them evolve from those initial tiny newborns into these increasingly fluffy and active babies is truly a highlight of being a bunny mom. Their fur is getting thicker and softer with each passing day, a clear sign they’re well on their way to becoming those big, fluffy bunnies that everyone adores. I can't wait to see them hop around and explore even more as they get a bit older and become more independent. It's going to be so much fun! For anyone interested in what to expect with baby bunnies at this stage, remember they still rely on their mom for milk and warmth. It's crucial to provide a quiet, undisturbed environment for both mom and babies. Observing their natural behaviors, like how they *snuggle together*, can tell you a lot about their well-being. This journey is filled with so much love and cuteness, and every day is a new adventure!
