Daily Diary🌸✨🍋
yesterday i felt like i was in the void, today i feel like im floating. everyday gets me closer to swimming🌊
i started my day later than most, at 11:30am.
that’s okay! i slept in late because i was up until 5am, so i don’t have to feel guilty about getting in my full hours. something has been throwing off my sleep schedule reallllly bad this week, but each day i try to get up a bit earlier then the day before, and sleep a bit earlier then the night before.
FUEL YOUR BODY! i had to 2 fried eggs🍳2 pieces of toast🍞4 turkey sausage links 🥓 (*let’s just pretend they made a sausage emoji) and a cup of coffee ☕️this was perfect for me as i felt full and have energy today! afterwards i took a shower 🧖🏻♀️ and now im gonna take sissy 👩🏻🦰 and Zora 🐕🦺to the park to play for a bit after homework!
im gonna try to read at least one chapter of my book 📖 and then get some play time in with them!! sissy plays ⚽️&🏐 so we’ll bring those and some doggo toys 🎾🪢 i mean this is the biggest yard Zora has ever seen!!
after the park, we’ll head home and i’m gonna sit outside with my bible and talk to to God for a bit✝️and i’m making Chinese for dinner tonight 🥡🥢and brother/momma will home around then. after dinner we’ll go for a 1 hour walk around the neighborhood (6,000 steps)🚶🏻♀️
showers 🧼skincare 🧴and brushing teeth 🪥are after that, followed by Tracker starring THE JUSTIN HARTLY😍 (that man truly just ages like fine wine!)
i’ll take some notes in my bible/devotional book im reading with it {You’re Already Amazing By: Holley Gerth 🤯 HIGHLY RECOMMEND‼️}
hopefully i can get some sleep tonight at a decent time 😴but each day i wake up and try is a little more healing that i have under way, it is NOT linear 📈 and it will never be perfect, but just because everyday isn’t great 💯doesn’t mean i can’t make everyday good☀️😁
In today's fast-paced world, taking a moment for self-care is crucial. My day started off late, but that didn’t stop me from making nourishing choices. I fueled my body with a hearty breakfast, including eggs, toast, and turkey sausage, to power through the day. Connecting with loved ones, such as taking my sister and dog to the park, adds joy and creates lasting memories. Reading my favorite book and enjoying nature’s beauty offers a mental reset that enhances my overall well-being. Engaging in activities like walking promotes physical health while providing tranquility. Cultivating spirituality through prayer and Bible study enriches my day, allowing me to reflect and express gratitude. Creating space for relaxation and enjoying family time while watching shows brings a sense of joy. Balancing self-care routines, such as skincare and preparing nutritious meals, crystallizes my commitment to personal growth and recovery. Remember, every day isn’t perfect, and that’s okay. What matters is acknowledging progress and embracing moments of joy and love.
Welcome! So excited to see more from you in the future💛
