First, find something about bellybutton height, place your hands on top, and walk back until your arms are extended. Drop your head between your arms, push your hips back, hold for two seconds, then come up. Repeat fifteen times.

Second, grab onto something stable, cross one leg over the other, and sit back like you are sitting in a chair. Hold for thirty seconds, then switch sides.

Do these before bed to reduce pain and stiffness in the morning and most importantly, get better not older.
