This is one of my absolute favorite playlists’ on Spotify 💜
I use it for way more than a sleep playlist! I use it when I sleep, when I am cleaning, when I’m drawing, when I’m studying, when I’m relaxing, even when I’m playing video games! It’s the greatest background noise for me personally, I have ADHD so having a background sound is SO helpful and honestly helps me ground myself and staple myself to what I’m doing by helping me focus a little more.
