Dandy's World AU (Part 4)

Hey everyone! I'm so excited to finally share Part 4 of my Dandy's World AU comic! This chapter really hits different, and I poured so much emotion into these panels. If you've been following Dandy's journey, you know how much every interaction means, and this one is packed with feels. The scene where Astro says, 'thank you Dandy, it was good to see you again,' and then later, 'good bye Dandy,' just gets me every time. It’s hard to let go of someone important, even if it's for a good reason. You can just feel the weight of their words, right? I tried to capture that bittersweet moment where you're happy to have seen someone but sad to see them leave again. It reminds me of those difficult goodbyes we all experience, and I wanted to make sure Dandy's emotions, perhaps even a hint of 'dandys world crying,' came through clearly without being over-the-top. And then there’s the whole 'ASTRO!!' and 'AH!' moment – it just shows how impactful these reunions are! Astro is such a pivotal character in this 'Dandy's World AU', and their presence always brings a mix of joy and underlying tension. I've seen some of you asking about "Astro's World AU," and while this comic is its own non-canon story, it definitely explores their dynamic in a way that I hope fans will appreciate. What do you think Astro's return means for Dandy's path forward? The panels discussing Sprout were also really fun (and a bit challenging!) to draw. Seeing the distressed character and hearing the dialogue about Sprout, followed by that surprised 'REALLY??' and casual 'Yep,' hints at something big! What kind of revelation could it be? I've been dropping little clues throughout the comic, and I think this part really starts to tie some things together. Is Sprout in trouble, or is it a surprise development that changes everything? I can’t wait for you all to piece it together! This comic, even though it's not canon to the main AU story, is my way of playing with different scenarios and exploring the characters I love so much. I always wonder how Dandy, Astro, and others would react in various situations, and this storyline lets me dive deep into those possibilities.
