I've experimented with reducing processed sugars and caffeine, which often cause hormone spikes and crashes, especially affecting mood and energy. Another surprising benefit I noticed was in my hair and nail health. By supporting my hormonal balance and reducing stress, my hair grew thicker and my nails became stronger and longer, which was a pleasant bonus. This aligns with natural body transformation as hormones greatly influence these physical traits. Finally, regular moderate exercise not only helps regulate hormones but also boosts endorphins—often called 'happy hormones'—which lift your spirits and enhance beauty from within.
