私も介護の仕事をしている中で、マスキングテープの活用にはすっかり心を奪われています。患者さんが塗り絵をしてくれたものを飾るだけでなく、その周りに季節感ある柄のマスキングテープを貼ると、空間がぱっと明るくなり、患者さんの反応もとても良いです。特に目が良い方から「素敵な柄ですね」と声をかけられると、こちらも嬉しくなります。 マスキングテープは種類が豊富なので、少しずつ集めていく楽しみもあります。桜やおにぎり、靴下などのかわいい柄は見ているだけで癒されるので、仕事以外の自分の持ち物にも使っています。私も小学生の頃からシール集めが趣味で平たいシールが好きなので、シールやテープを無理なく日常に取り入れるとストレス解消にもなります。 また、マスキングテープをフレークシールとして使う方法は本当に便利です。ちょっとしたメモやプレゼントのラッピングに貼ったり、ノートのデコレーショ ンにしたりと用途は無限大です。ただ、そのためのベース用紙がなかなか見つからず困ることもありますね。私も同じような経験があるので、オススメの紙を見つけたらぜひシェアしたいと思っています。 最近のシールブームやジップバッグの流行は、確かに昔とは違う感覚で楽しいものも多いですね。仕事の合間に好きな柄のテープやシールを使って小さな工夫をすることで、毎日が少し明るく華やかになります。皆さんもぜひ、適度な「シル活ライフ」を楽しみながら、仕事や日常に彩りを添えてみてくださいね。
