「群馬でマラサダのキッチンカーってどこに来るの？」と気になって、私は見かけたらなるべくその場で買う派です。マラサダって“揚げドーナツ”のイメージが強くて、正直、当たり外れで油っぽく感じることもあるんですよね。でも出来たてをその場で仕上げてくれるタイプだと、印象がガラッと変わりました。 私が買ったのは季節限定のストロベリー系。ホイップといちごがトッピングされている丸いタイプと、ホイップ＋スライスいちごをサンドしたタイプがあって、見た目がもう反則級。甘さはしっかりあるのに、揚げたての軽さと生地の“もちもち・ふわふわ”感で、意外とぺろっと食べられました。キッチンカー側面に「MALASADA CREAM」と書かれていて、メニューボードも見やすかったです。 キッチンカーで買うときのコツも少し。おすすめは①出店直後〜昼前の早い時間（揚げ油が重く感じにくい気がします）、②購入後はなるべく早めに食べる（砂糖のシャリ感と生地のカリッが一番出る）、③クリーム系は持ち歩き時間を短く、の3つ。イベント会場だとつい後回しにしがちですが、マラサダは“今すぐ食べる”が正解でした。 あと、検索でたまに「マラ佐田」と出てくることがあるんですが、たぶん誤変換で「マラサダ」のことを探している人が多い印象。群馬で探すときは「マラサダ 群馬 キッチンカー」「マラサダ キッチンカー」で調べて、公式SNSや出店カレンダー（告知）を確認してから行くと空振りしにくいです。 最後に、ポケモンの“マラサダ”やイラスト目的で検索してこの記事に来た人へ。実物のマラサダは写真映えがすごいので、クリームが見える断面カットや、キッチンカー全体（ロゴの「MALASADA CREAM」）を入れて撮ると記録にも残りやすいです。群馬で出店に遭遇したら、ぜひ出来たてを試してみてください。
