I went to eat!
Three types of summer limited menu
· Chilled eel pot rice (with sherbet)
· Chilled sea bream pot rice (with sherbet)
· Beach grilled pot rice
We went there with three people, so we tried all kinds 🥢
After eating hot, pour half of cold tea
I ate it, but personally, even if the taste is a little stronger
And I felt 🤔 was good.
Of course the taste was delicious
It feels like a cold version of hitsumabushi
Unfortunately, this store is scheduled to close in November.

足利市にある老舗釜めし店『銀釜』の夏季限定メニュー「冷やし釜めし」は、暑い夏にぴったりの涼感あふれる一品です。私も暑い日のランチに訪れ、冷たいお茶をかけて味わう新感覚の釜めしに驚きました。特に「冷やしうなぎ釜めし」にはシャーベットが付いており、甘さとさっぱり感が絶妙にマッチしています。 ３種類の中でも、鯛と浜 焼きの釜めしはそれぞれ素材の旨みを感じられ、夏限定ならではの特別感が満載。地元の食材を活かした伝統の味を冷やして楽しめるスタイルは、ひつまぶしに似ているものの、全く新しい食体験として私のお気に入りになりました。 ただ、一部にはもう少し味の濃さが欲しいと感じる点もありました。特に冷たい状態だと味がやや薄く感じることがあるので、訪れる際は友人とシェアしながら、味の変化を楽しむのもおすすめです。 残念ながら『銀釜』は11月に閉店予定のため、この貴重な冷やし釜めしを味わえる期間は限られています。夏の終わりが近づく今、栃木の足利で100年続く老舗の味を感じつつ、冷やし釜めしの爽やかな美味しさを体験してみてはいかがでしょうか。駐車場も完備されており、水曜日と火曜日夜は定休日なので訪問計画を立てる際はご注意ください。
