I recently found out about it on Instagram 🚗

There's cheese cream inside, so
I had it pulled out
The base is either condensed milk or Earl Grey
I chose Earl Grey.
You're putting earl grey over the ice
It melts slightly and feels less fluffy ㅠㅠ
It was delicious, but that's a shame
I felt like condensed milk would have been better.
Pulp is only on top
For a moment when I saw it sliced neatly and riding
I thought it was a roast beef bowl 🤭 ︎
Deliciously finished with just the right amount

足利市のBlue Apple ～shaved ice Cafe～は、季節のフルーツをふんだんに使ったかき氷が魅力の人気店です。私も先日訪れて、和歌山県産の川中島白桃を使ったかき氷を注文しました。氷のベースはアールグレイにしましたが、溶けやすい点があるので、次回は練乳ミルクを選んでみようと思います。 店内は5組までしか座席がなく、私が訪れた祝日では開店直後に4組目の来店でした。ウェイティングチケットを発券して車などで待つシステムなので、事前にInstagramで営業状況をチェックすると良いです。オーダーから提供までは30分程度で、混雑時でも比較的スムーズに楽しめる印象でした。 かき氷には中にチーズクリームが入っているメニューもありますが、私はクリーム抜きでお願いしました。桃の果肉は上に薄くスライスされており、見た目の美しさも楽しめます。また、枝豆や梅、トマト、ドラゴンフルーツなど変わり種もあり、季節ごとに異なる味を試せるのが嬉しいポイントです。 駐車場は店舗前に指定スペースがあり、車でのアクセスも便利。営業時間や定休日は不定休のため、訪問前にInstagramで最新情報を確認するのがおすすめです。足利市中心部からもアクセスしやすく、ふわふわの食感と旬の果物を存分に楽しめるカフェとしてリピーターも多いようです。 個人的には、次は平日にゆったりと訪れて、違うベースや季節限定のフレーバーも味わってみたいと思います。栃木県足利で美味しいかき氷を探している方にはぜひおすすめのスポットです。ぜひ訪れて、夏だけでなく一年中楽しめるかき氷の魅力を体験してみてください。
