① First, put together the characters you want to put in the figure in the table
You can create the table anywhere you like.
② Select the figure you want to link the characters, select the character described in ① after "="
③ Press Enter, so that the characters in the figure work with the characters in the cell!
With this, when you want to change the characters in a shape, you just need to rewrite the characters in the cell, and you don't need to select shapes one by one!
When creating content that is prone to rewriting content such as organization charts and process tables, it is convenient because you can link the information in the figure with the information summarized in a separate sheet!
