File > Options > Ribbon User Settings
> Check "Development" on the right and it's OK!
② Make a button and interlock
Select "Develop" tab > "Insert" > "Spin Button"
↓
Drag on the sheet to make a button
③ Combined with calendar
Right click the button > "Format Control"
↓
Enter "1" as the current / minimum value and "12" as the maximum value
↓
Select the cell of the "month" in the "cell to link" OK!
