① Select all tables
Ctrl + A to select all tables
↓
② Start the replacement screen
Press Ctrl + H to bring up the transformation screen
↓
③ Batch change of characters
Leave the top (before changing) blank
↓
Enter "rest" below (the figure you want to change) and "replace all"
↓
★ Application (when you want to erase everything)
Set to "rest" above (before changing)
↓
Below (the figure you want to change) is clean in an instant just by "blank"!

「空欄」を埋めたい場面って、シフト表だけじゃなくて意外と多いですよね。私は出勤表・作業実績・チェックリストなど、あとから入力される前提の表を扱うことが多くて、空欄が残っていると集計や確認がすごくやりづらいと感じていました。そこでよく使っているのが、投稿でも触れている“置換で空欄を一括入力”です。 私のやり方（基本）はシンプルで、まず表全体をCtrl+Aで選択→Ctrl+Hで置換を開きます。ポイントは「検索する文字列」を“空欄のまま”にすること。最初ここをスペースで埋めてしまって失敗しました…。本当に何も入力せずに、置換後の文字列に「休み」や「休」など入れたい文字を入れて「すべて置換」を押すと、空欄だけが一気に埋まります。 逆に、すでに入っている文字を消して“空欄に戻したい”ときも同じで、検索する文字列に「休み」（または「休」）を入れて、置換後の文字列は空欄のままにして「すべて置換」。これで表が一瞬で整理できて、修正依頼が来たときも焦らなくなりました。 私が気をつけている注意点も2つあります。 1つ目は「置換範囲」。表の外まで選択していると、別のメモ欄や見出しの“休み”まで消えることがあります。Ctrl+Aは便利ですが、必要ならドラッグで範囲選択してからCtrl+Hを開くのがおすすめです。 2つ目は“空欄に見えるけど空欄じゃない”ケース。たとえば、スペース（全角/半角）が入っていたり、数式で""（空文字）を返していたりすると、置換で狙い通りに埋まらないことがあります。こういうとき私は、まずスペースを検索して消す（半角→空欄、全角→空欄）→その後に空欄置換、という順番で整えています。 空欄がなくなるだけで、フィルターや並べ替え、集計（平均や件数）も見やすくなるので、地味ですが効果が大きい時短ワザだと思います。
