Read moreExcelのシフト表作成やスケジュール管理で、空欄を一つずつ手入力して時間を浪費している方は意外に多いと思います。私も以前は「休み」とか「欠勤」とかを手でポチポチ入力していましたが、仕事の効率を上げたいと思い置換機能を活用する方法を試してみてからは格段にラクになりました。 具体的には、Ctrl+Aで範囲選択してからCtrl+Hを押し、検索する文字を空欄のままにして置換後の文字に「休み」と入力し「すべて置換」を押すだけ。すると、空欄だったセルに一気に「休み」が入り、打ち込みの手間が激減します。逆に「休み」を消したい場合も同じ手順で置換元に「休み」、置換後を空欄にすれば一括削除できるのも便利です。 また、シフト表だけでなく顧客リストの空欄埋めや備考欄の共通文言入力などにも応用できます。大量のデータを扱う際に、こうしたワザを知らないとかなりの時間ロスになりますから、ぜひマスターしてみてください。 私自身、この方法を覚えてから毎日の作業がスムーズで、残業時間の削減にも繋がりました。エクセル作業を効率化するには、日頃の小さなストレスを解消する積み重ねが大切です。これからも便利なショートカットや時短術を使って、ラクに仕事をこなしていきたいですね。
