People who work quickly finish the "linked figure" quickly and keep it in a beautiful state even if the column width changes ✨
Here is a procedure that becomes much easier once set 👇
① Copy the table
First, make a table outside the frame
Copy with "Ctrl + C"
↓
② Paste with linked figure
Select where you want to paste and press Ctrl + V
↓
Select "Linked Diagram" and paste it
Change to a table that can be moved with just this!
You can keep it clean even if you change the column width
It is super convenient because it is automatically reflected even if you rewrite the contents

「Excelでセル幅の自動調整をしないで、表を崩さずに見せたい」って場面、地味に多いですよね。私も、月次報告書や定例会議の議事録、資料作成（印刷・配布）をやっていると、列幅をちょっと触っただけで単価(円)や金額(円)の位置がズレて、直してはまたズレる…を繰り返していました。 まず前提として、Excelは“セル”の上に文字や罫線が載っているので、列幅変更＝見た目が一気に動きます。ここで役立つのが本文で紹介している「リンクされた図」。これは、表を“画像のように表示”しつつ、中身（元のセル）を更新すると表示側も連動して変更できるのが強みです。つまり、見せたい表を「動かせる表」として別枠に置けるので、周りのセル幅調整や表示設定に振り回されにくくなります。 私がよくやる使い分けはこんな感じです。 ・上司に見せる提出用（見た目重視）：リンクされた図を貼る ・データ入力・数式・集計（編集重視）：元の表（実セル）を触る コツは、元の表を“枠外”や別シートに置いておくこと。入力や数式の修正は元の表で行い、見せる場所（報告書シートなど）にはリンクされた図だけ置くと、書式崩れのストレスがかなり減りました。 「セル幅の自動調整をしない」系の悩みで、もう1つ多いのが印刷時です。列幅を変えたくないのに、印刷範囲や拡大縮小で見た目が変わってしまうことがあります。リンクされた図にしておくと、印刷するシート側は“完成した見た目”として固定しやすいので、配布資料づくりがラクでした。 最後に注意点も1つ。リンクされた図は“表示”としては便利ですが、貼り付けた側でセルを直接編集できません。編集が必要なときは必ず元の表へ戻る運用にすると失敗しにくいです。 列幅調整に振り回されないだけで、資料作成のスピードが体感でかなり上がるので、まだ試していなければぜひ一度設定してみてください。
