[Release your finger 💻 multiple selection]
It's frustrating when you hold down the Ctrl key to select a cell and your finger leaves in the middle and you have to start over... 😭
I will show you how to operate it while releasing your finger!
① Enter multiple selection mode
Press Shift and F8 at the same time.
↓
You can keep the selected state even if you release your finger from the key
② Choose your favorite place
More and more multiple selection with just a click!
↓
You can select distant cells continuously without Ctrl
③ to cancel when finished
Press the "Esc" key
↓
Returns to normal mode instantly at any time

Excelの複数セル選択は、普段Ctrlキーを押しっぱなしにして行うことが多いですが、長時間作業していると指が疲れてしまいミスも増える経験ありませんか？私も同じ悩みを持っていましたが、今回紹介するShift+F8キーの活用で劇的に作業効率がアップしました。 Shift+F8を押すと複数選択モードが有効になり、Ctrlを押す必要なく好きなセルをクリックするだけでどんどんセルを選択できます。いったん選択モードになるとキーから指を離しても選択状態が維持されるので、指の負担が大幅軽減。Excelで分散している複数のセルをまとめて操作したい時にとても便利です。 さらに、選択を終えたい時もEscキー一発で解除できるので、通常の操作にスムーズに戻れます。この方法は知られていない人が多いので、職場でも共有すると「知らなかった！」と喜ばれました。 また、Excel作業中によく使う他の時短テクとして、複数行や列の追加・削除もショートカットで手早く行う方法などもあります。日々の仕事でExcel操作に小さなストレスを感じているなら、このような裏技を知っておくと作業の快適さが格段にアップします。 私の経験上、Shift+F8は慣れるまで少しクセがありますが、使い始めると手放せなくなる便利さです。ぜひ試してみてください！Excel作業がもっとラクに、そして効率的になりますよ。
