① Confirm the reference source

Press "Alt" → "M" → "P" in order

↓

The reference source of the formula is displayed with a blue arrow!

② turn off the arrow quickly

Press "Alt" → "M" → "A" → "A" in order

↓

The displayed arrow will be cleanly deleted in one shot
