① Confirm the reference source
Press "Alt" → "M" → "P" in order

The reference source of the formula is displayed with a blue arrow!
② turn off the arrow quickly
Press "Alt" → "M" → "A" → "A" in order
↓
The displayed arrow will be cleanly deleted in one shot

数式の「参照元を追う」だけでもだいぶ時短になりますが、私がよくハマるのが「そもそも関数が入っているセルがどこかわからない」問題です。引き継いだ請求書テンプレや集計表って、見た目は同じでも一部だけ数式が紛れていて、手でクリックして探すと時間が溶けます。 そんな時は、シート内で“数式セルだけ”をまとめて探すのがおすすめです。私は次の流れでチェックしています。 1) 関数（数式）が入っているセルを探す ホーム →「検索と選択」→「条件を選択してジャンプ」→「数式」を選ぶと、数式が入っているセルだけ一気に選択できます。見た目では分からない「金額」列の計算セルや、単価・数量（B6やD6みたいな参照）を使っているセルがまとめて浮き上がるので、ミス検知にも便利でした。 2) 数式の参照関係を“目で”確認する（今回のショートカット） 数式セルを選んだ状態で Alt→M→P。青い矢印が出るので、「単価」「数量」「割引率」など、どこを見て計算しているかが一目で分かります。複数の計算が絡む時ほど、クリックで追うより圧倒的に早いです。 3) 矢印を消してスッキリ戻す 確認が終わったら Alt→M→A→A。矢印が残って作業しづらい…を防げます。 おまけ：数式が壊れている時の切り分け 矢印が思った場所に伸びない時は、参照先が空白・文字列・別シート・名前定義などの可能性があります。まずは「数式」だけを抽出→参照元を矢印で確認、の順にすると原因が見つかりやすかったです。 引き継ぎExcelの解読は、慣れると“作業というより検査”になります。請求書や金額計算の確認が多い人ほど、この2つ（数式抽出＋参照元矢印）をセットで覚えておくとラクでした。
