A shop that has been loved for over 150 years since its establishment in 1870 finally landed in Hokkaido for the first time!
Inheriting the tradition of authentic Naples, the pizza baked in the pizza kiln in the store is about 35 cm!
Materials such as flour, tomato, cheese, oil, and even the kiln are sent directly from Naples.
The meat is Tokachi's Hosei beef, so local ingredients are used.

北広島駅周辺で「炎（えん）」って検索してお店を探している人は、駅近でサクッと食事できるところ・混雑を避けられるところを重視している印象。私も同じで、エスコンフィールド帰りにどこに入るか迷いがちだったので、今回は北広島駅からアクセスしやすいFビレッジ内の「アンティーカ ピッツェリア ダ ミケーレ 北海道」を選びました。 ここ、北海道初上陸で“150年以上の歴史を誇る”ナポリの老舗の味が体験できるのがポイント。ピッツァは店内の石窯で焼き上げで、まずサイズにびっくりしました。伝統のピッツァが約35cmで、1枚でも満足感が強いです。生地は香ばしくてもちっと感が残っていて、シンプルな具でも「素材の良さ」で押してくるタイプ。 個人的に良かったのは、“本場ナポリから直送”の粉・トマト・チーズ・オイルにこだわりつつ、北海道食材とも贅沢コラボしているところ。十勝の豊西牛を使ったメニューはジューシーで、ピッツァだけじゃなく前菜からドルチェまでちゃんと選べるのもありがたいです。食事会だと「ピザだけだと物足りない人」が出がちですが、ここはワインやビールも含めてイタリア産が揃っていて、組み立てやすいと思いました。 混雑面で言うと、試合後は一気に人が動くので、ピークを外して“優雅にイタリアン”に切り替えると帰りがスムーズでした。北広島駅に戻る前にFビレッジ内で完結できるのは、時間が読めない日ほど助かります。 行く前のメモとしては、営業時間は11:00〜21:00（料理L.O.20:00／ドリンクL.O.20:30）。みんなでシェアするならピッツァは1枚が大きいので、人数に合わせて枚数を調整すると無駄が出にくいです。北広島駅周辺で“炎”みたいなキーワードで飲食店を探している人も、候補のひとつとして覚えておくと便利だと思います。
