Karabato Curry in Fujino, Minami-ku, Sapporo.
The place is National Route 230, Ishiyama-dori just to the south. It is on the right side in front of Yamaoka Fujino store. It is a feeling like Misumai.
I used to go nearby for work, so I often went there, but it s been a long time. It was popular before, but now it is a popular restaurant that is selected as one of the 100 best restaurants in Tabelog. It is full soon after opening.
So I ordered Pakistani curry (medium).
The menu is just that. You can only choose the size. Salad and chai are included.

Pakistani curry served at other restaurants is so delicious that you can't eat it!
Of course, the balance of spices is good as well as the chicken of the holo holo. On the contrary, the oil is not greasy and there is richness, or this becomes a habit. The spiciness is not so spicy, but it is just right.
Since I can't always come, I want to eat at home and add take-out.

カラバトカリーは「札幌でパキスタンカレーを食べたい」と思ったときに真っ先に候補に入るお店。私も久しぶりに行って、改めて“唯一無二”感を再確認しました。札幌市南区の藤野エリアで、国道230号線（石山通）を南へ進むルートが分かりやすいです。車で行く人が多い印象ですが、真駒内方面からバスでも行けるので、運転しない日でも選択肢はあります。 現地に着くと、店前の看板がちょっとクセ強めで「ここで合ってる？」となるんですが、それが逆に目印になりました。初見でも入りやすい雰囲気で、入店した瞬間からスパイスの香りがふわっと来て期待が上がります。人気店なので、特に週末やランチピークは早めの時間に動くのが安心。私は開店寄りの時間を狙う派です。 注文はとにかくシンプルで、並・中・大のサイズを選ぶだけ。迷う要素が少ないのはありがたいです。私が食べた印象だと、辛さは「激辛」ではなく、スパイス感で満足させてくるタイプ。ホロホロのチキンはスプーンでほぐれるくらい柔らかくて、ご飯とも相性抜群でした。油っぽさが重く残らないのに、ちゃんとコクがあるのがクセになります。 あと、地味にうれしいのがチャイ。食後に甘い香りで口の中が落ち着くので、最後まで“体験”として完成します。サラダも付くので、スパイスの濃厚さを途中でリセットできて食べやすかったです。 家でも食べたくてテイクアウトもしてみましたが、温め直しても香りが立って満足度高め。ご飯を炊いておくだけで一気にご褒美感が出ます。カラバトカリー（札幌／藤野）のパキスタンカレーを探している人は、まず一度行ってみる価値ありだと思います。定休日（水・日）だけは要注意です。
