私がShiRuShi COFFEEを訪れた時の印象は、まさに「知る人ぞ知る」隠れ家的な温かみのあるお店でした。注文ごとに一杯ずつ丁寧にコーヒーを淹れてくれるため、待つ時間も楽しめます。実際に飲んだアイスのカフェラテは、苦味と甘みのバランスが絶妙で、暑い日にも爽やかに飲める一杯でした。 特に注目したいのはコーヒーフロートで、濃厚なアイスクリームと自家焙煎のコーヒーの相性が抜群。口の中でひんやりとした甘 さとほろ苦さが広がり、一度味わうとリピートしたくなる味わいです。店内は静かで落ち着いた雰囲気なので、ゆったり過ごしたい日にぴったりだと感じました。 また、月に一度開催される「ケーキの日」には、シフォンケーキとコーヒーをセットで楽しめるので、コーヒー好きだけでなくスイーツ好きにもおすすめ。さらにお財布に優しいホットコーヒーは390円というリーズナブルさで、気軽に立ち寄れる点も魅力です。 駐車場も店舗横に3〜4台分あり、抱っこ紐推奨の店内は子連れでも安心して訪れやすい環境です。地元の穏やかな時間を感じながら、自家焙煎コーヒーの芳醇な香りに包まれる贅沢なひとときを体験してみてはいかがでしょうか。心温まるこの場所は、東広島のカフェ巡りのリストにぜひ加えたい一軒です。
