私が行く前に気になってたのが、「ドライヘッドスパって結局なにをするの？」「施術風景はどんな感じ？」「初めてでも大丈夫？」の3つ。結論、想像してたより“静かに回復する系”で、終わった後の頭の軽さがわかりやすかったです。 ■ドライヘッドスパの施術風景（ざっくり流れ） 私の時は、まず個室に案内→ソファに座って軽くカウンセリング→そのままリクライニングで施術、という流れでした。水やオイルを使わないので髪が濡れず、服も着替え不要。手技は、頭皮だけをゴリゴリするというより、こめかみ・頭頂部・後頭部をじわっと圧でほぐしながら、首や肩まわりまで触ってくれて「脳疲労」「目の疲れ」まで一緒に抜ける感じ。BGMも相まって、途中で寝落ちする人が多いのも納得でした。 ■力加減は遠慮せず伝えるのが正解 私は肩首がかなり硬かったみたいで、少し強めに調整してもらいました。逆に痛いのが苦手な人は、最初に「弱め希望」と言えばOK。ドライヘッドスパは“強いほど効く”というより、心地よい圧でゆるんでいくタイプだと思いました。 ■行くタイミングは「仕事帰り」「買い物ついで」が相性◎ 場所が広島市中区新天地のドンキビル5階（八丁堀から徒歩圏）なので、予定の合間に差し込みやすいのが便利。私は街中で用事を済ませた後に寄ったんですが、帰り道がめちゃくちゃ楽でした。ドン・キホーテで2,000円以上買い物するとタイムズが90分無料になるのも、地味に助かります。 ■初めての人向け：当日気をつけたいこと ・髪型：濡れないけど少し崩れるので、予定がある人は整髪料控えめが安心 ・目の疲れ：スマホ見すぎの日ほど効果を感じやすい ・予約：土日や夕方は埋まりやすい印象。行く日が決まってるなら事前予約推奨 「広島 ヘッドスパ」「ヘッドスパ 広島市」で探して、アクセス重視で選びたい人にはかなりハマると思います。八丁堀エリアで“全席個室の癒しサロン”を探しているなら、一度試してみてほしいです。
