私が行った日は、浜本ビルのエレベーターで上がってから「合ってるかな？」と少しドキドキ。こういう“ビルの一室にひっそり”系のカフェは、入口までのワクワクもセットで楽しいですよね。本川町周辺は路面電車で来やすい反面、駐車場がないお店も多いので、私は近隣のコインパーキングを先に2〜3か所だけ目星をつけてから向かいました。 店内はアンティークな家具が並んでいて、写真よりも落ち着いた空気感。窓から光が入る時間帯は特に心地よくて、席に座った瞬間「今日はここでゆっくりする日だ」と切り替わりました。アンティーク本棚みたいな収納や木の質感が好きな人には刺さると思います。撮影するなら、窓際の自然光＋テーブルの木目がきれいに出るのでおすすめです。 スイーツは季節のフルーツが主役で、私が食べたサクランボのロールケーキは、クリームが重すぎず最後までぺろっといけました。甘いものの後にホットのミルクティーを合わせると、口の中が整って“おやつ時間”の満足度が上がる感じ。もし抹茶カステラみたいな和寄りの甘さが好きな人は、次回は抹茶系の焼き菓子やスポンジ系が出ていないか、事前にメニュー投稿をチェックしてから行くと失敗しにくいです。 予約優先制なので、私のおすすめは「席の予約＋お目当てのメニューがあるなら取り置き相談」をセットでやること。週末限定営業だと、行ける日が限られるぶん“せっかく来たのに売り切れ”が地味に切ないので…。 最後に、ビルの中のお店は看板が控えめなことも多いです。屋外用看板みたいに分かりやすい目印がない場合もあるので、建物名（浜本ビル）と部屋番号（705）をスマホで見られる状態にしておくとスムーズでした。広島・本川町で、静かに過ごせる隠れ家カフェを探しているなら、週末のご褒美にぴったりです。
