1. God sees what you cannot.
You only know part of the story. God sees the whole road ahead.
2. Worry changes nothing.
Stress will drain you dry, but it will not add one ounce of help to the situation.
3. God is faithful with what concerns you.
What keeps you up at night is not beyond His care or His power.

The moment you stop trying to force everything is often the moment your heart can finally breathe.

Lastly, trusting that God’s plan is better than my panic reassured me during fearful moments. I realized that panic was often a reaction to feeling out of control, but when I let go and let God, I could lean into His guidance instead of my fears.
