伊勢市で保護猫のためのシェルター設立に取り組んでいる中で、地域の魅力にも触れることが多くあります。私自身も以前、伊勢を訪れた際には伊勢神宮だけでなく、鳥羽水族館や夫婦岩、二見シーパラダイスなど自然豊かな観光スポットを満喫しました。特に地元の新鮮な海産物を使った黒潮ダイニングの海鮮丼は、とても美味しくておすすめです。 保護猫活動を続けるうえで感じるのは、地域とのつながりの大切さ。猫たちが安心して暮らせる環境づくりのためには、地元の方々の理解と支援が必要です。そのため、地域のイベント参加やYouTubeでの活動報告を通じて、少しでも多くの人に保護猫の実情を知ってもらう工夫をしています。 また、将来的には保護猫カフェをオープンし、猫と触れ合いながら譲渡につなげる場所を作る計画があります。実際に猫たちと触れ合うことで、命の尊さや動物たちの現状を身近に感じてもらえますし、多くの方に保護活動への関心を持っていただけると思います。 保護猫スタッフの日常は大変なことも多いですが、猫たちの元気な姿や里親さんが決まる喜びは何ものにも代えがたい体験です。伊勢の素敵な街で、猫と共に過ごす生活の魅力をこれからも発信していきたいと思っています。
