WHO & where?
If you had a chance to go back in time and see one person, where would it be? And who would it be?
I’ll go first…
I sat with this question for many days , as much as I’d wanna go back, I wouldn’t because one little change one little difference changes the whole course of maybe what my God of my understanding wanted for me
I’ve often found myself pondering the same question: if given the chance to travel back in time and see one person, where would I go and who would I choose? It’s a fascinating mental exercise that encourages us to think deeply about our history, our values, and the influences that have shaped our lives. What stands out to me most is the realization of how fragile the timeline of our lives truly is. Even a seemingly small action in the past could have far-reaching effects, changing not only historical events but also the very fabric of our personal destinies. This makes me appreciate the present moment and the journey that has led me here. Instead of focusing on the temptation to change something, I find it more meaningful to reflect on what lessons can be learned from those who came before us. Historical figures, family members, or even unsung heroes can provide wisdom and inspiration, bridging the past to the present. In sharing this reflection, I encourage others to think not only about who they'd see but also to consider why. What qualities or experiences from that person’s life resonate with your own? What questions would you ask? How might understanding their story help you navigate your own path? Ultimately, this kind of reflection cultivates gratitude and acceptance. It’s a gentle reminder that while the past shapes us, it doesn’t have to define us, especially if we honor our journey and trust the timing and purpose of our lives.
