This past week was one of those times where ADHD completely reminded me who’s in charge. It started with me opening TikTok, telling myself I’d just watch for five minutes. I bought things I didn’t need, convinced myself they were ‘essentials,’ and immediately regretted it later. And through it all, I couldn’t sit still

On the outside it probably looks funny, and sometimes I can laugh at the chaos, but living in it every single day is exhausting. ADHD can feel like I’m running a marathon in my own head, just trying to keep up. Still, I’m learning to accept this part of me instead of fighting it.
