Esther and Mordecai’s Win 🙏🤍🕊️

💜 Today I was guided to the book of Esther.

What’s so powerful about this book is that God’s name is never once mentioned, yet His fingerprints are on every single page. It’s a reminder that even when we don’t “see” or “hear” Him clearly, He is still orchestrating every detail behind the scenes.

Esther’s story shows us so much:

• She was positioned in the palace not by accident, but because God placed her there “for such a time as this.”

• She had to step out in courage, risking her life to speak up, knowing her obedience could save her people.

• The enemy’s plan to destroy God’s people completely backfired—Haman was destroyed by the very trap he set. That’s the power of God’s reversal.

• And Esther didn’t do it alone. She asked her community to fast and pray with her first. Breakthrough comes when God’s people unite.

👉 The lesson for us is this: even when God feels hidden, He is still working. Even when the enemy’s schemes look overwhelming, God can flip the script in an instant. And like Esther, we’ve each been created and positioned in our own lives for such a time as this.

✨ So today, I’m choosing courage. I’m choosing to trust His timing. And I’m believing that what the enemy meant for harm, God will use for good and for His glory.

... Read moreAfter diving into the Book of Esther, I found myself reflecting deeply on how its timeless lessons apply to my own life. It's truly incredible how a story where God's name isn't even mentioned can so powerfully demonstrate His constant presence and unwavering control. I've often felt that feeling of 'not seeing Him clearly,' especially when facing big decisions or unexpected difficulties. Yet, Esther's journey is a profound reminder that even in those moments, His hand is everywhere – guiding, protecting, and positioning us exactly where we need to be, 'for such a time as this.' One of the most powerful themes I took away is the absolute necessity of courage when life throws its curveballs. Esther literally risked her life, stepping into the king's presence uninvited, all to save her people. It makes me wonder, what are the 'palaces' in my own life where I need to step out in faith? It's not always about grand, dramatic gestures. Sometimes, courage is simply choosing to speak up for what's right, even when it's uncomfortable, or taking that scary first step towards a new opportunity. This story taught me that true courage isn't the absence of fear, but acting despite it, knowing you're not alone. Another crucial insight is learning to trust God's hidden plan, even when circumstances seem overwhelmingly bleak. Haman's plot was meticulous and sinister, yet God flipped the script entirely, turning intended harm into deliverance. This gives me so much hope when I encounter situations that seem impossible or unfair. It reminds me that God is still working behind the scenes, orchestrating a greater good that I might not see in the moment. It's about having faith that His timing is perfect, and that He can use even the enemy's schemes for His glory. The communal aspect also resonated strongly with me. Esther didn't face her challenge alone; she called on her community to fast and pray with her. This highlights how vital support and prayer are in our own spiritual battles. When we unite with others in faith, we create a powerful force that can bring about breakthroughs. It's a beautiful picture of how we're meant to encourage and lift each other up, especially when we need to step out in audacious faith. So, for anyone grappling with life's challenges, feeling uncertain or even overwhelmed, I encourage you to look to Esther's story. It's a beacon that reminds us to face our challenges with courage, to trust that God is constantly working, even when we don't see Him, and to lean on our community for strength. We are all positioned 'for such a time as this,' and with God's hand guiding us, we can navigate anything.
