Ingredients -1 potato per person (or 2 is there medium/small) -olive oil -salt -pepper -mozzarella -mixed herbs -butter Method -wash and dry your potato, then cover with olive oil and season with salt -stick with a fork a few times on each side before adding to the air fryer
