water and walking has helped a bit for me and if you don't like regular water maybe try some lemon slices in it or cucumbers

For me, smaller meals more frequently, staying hydrated and reducing my gluten intake helped immensely. Idk if it was actually the gluten or just not eating bread that helped, but the yeast isn’t super good for your gut.
