Girl Talk - Mobility Aids!

for a while i was not sure if i would ever want to show my cane, braces, rollator, etc., in photos.

i’ve spent loads of time choosing to avoid taking mobility aides to places where i knew there’d be photos, or even people that i knew. hell, even being perceived by strangers scared me.

this fear and avoidance really just ended up making my life more limited and secluded bc i was literally holding myself back.

mobility aids are freedom - braces, compression garments, chairs, canes - these things give me and people like me the opportunity to embrace more of life.

so here i am braced up and supported and still snapping photos and showing up as often as i can xoxo.

so go ahead girl, get out there!!!
