Setting boundaries allowed me to reclaim my energy and focus on personal growth instead of feeling guilty for saying no. Embracing limits gave me space to nurture my passions and improve my mental health. I learned that healthy relationships thrive when both people respect each other's needs and limits. It’s a form of love that supports, rather than drains.
